Single Facer (Corrugation Machine)
This corrugation machine features high-quality alloy or tungsten-coated rollers (Φ280mm/320mm) for durability and precision. It uses an independent motor with frequency control and wind suction to maintain corrugation shape at high speeds. The vacuum-assisted system ensures stable paper alignment and minimal streaking. Transmission is stabilized through a universal joint/Gimble Gear Box with oil-immersed lubrication. The machine also supports automatic pneumatic gluing and allows flute type customization.
Description
- •Machine available with Upper & Center corrugated rollers diameter Φ280mm /320mm, Material 52CrMo high-quality alloy steel /Tungsten Coated.
- •Independent motor drive, frequency conversion control.
- •The paper guiding method adopts wind suction to keep the corrugated shape stable at high speed.
- •The fan passes through the vacuum box to absorb the corrugated paper in the range of 180 degrees of the middle corrugated roller to form a negative pressure zone to complete the corrugated rolling.
- •The width of the suction groove of the lower corrugating roller is not more than 2mm, which can reduce the streak marks of single-sided corrugated cardboard.
- •The transmission part adopts universal joint transmission/ Gimble Gear Box, which isolates the vibration source, makes the transmission more stable, reliable in operation, and has higher maintainability.
- •The gear box is oil-immersed and lubricated, and the closed gear transmission reduces machine vibration.
- •Automatic circulation glue supply, pneumatic gluing and reset, with cushioning effect.
- •Flute type: (customer-specified selection of specific flute type), raw materials and bought-in components.
